Light stimulates our body's endocrine system, which is connected to our Colour Intelligence Centres™ – also referred to as energy or chakra centres. Our Founder
Inger Naess
Inger Naess first noticed the role colour plays in our lives while working as a kindergarten teacher — she saw the children's personalities seem to correspond to the energies of the seven main colours, and spent years afterward studying the history of colour and its effects on people.
That research led her, in 1988, to develop Colour Bath® — since our bodies are mostly water, she found colour bathing a natural way to absorb its benefits, deepened further through our other senses. Her belief: we need different colour energies throughout life to stay balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
