PRISMA - THE VITAL GLASSES

The Prisma Colour Energy glasses has put to practice the most recent knowledge in colour therapy for all. Everyday glasses are either used for regulating the focus of seeing or to protect against bright light by means of tinting. Prisma Colour Energy glasses, however, use the life enforcing principles of the sun’s light for regeneration and strengthening of the body and soul’s state. The sunlight’s power has the unique ability to balance our disharmonies and to energize the weak points in our body. Each of the sun’s spectral colours has its own highly independent, life controlling effects on our mind-body-soul-unity. We can match them, individually to our instantaneous most needed health improvements as explained in detail below. The condition of our body and our mind’s state, generally speaking our complete well-being, can be soothed, strengthened or harmonized with the right colour of the sun’s spectrum.

Simply by wearing the Prisma Colour Energy glasses, the distribution of energy and harmony in the body is influenced. The colour acts through the eye directly upon the vegetative nervous system. Physical and psychological troubles and illnesses can be reduced and harmonized with the aid of different colours of the Prisma Colour Energy glasses. Extreme spiritual and physical dispositions experience the balancing influence of the sun’s strength. In this way, everybody is able to let the sun become one’s personal, nature given therapist.

Please study the instructions about the different effects of the colours and test for yourself, which colour is able to improve your condition the most. With application of one or several of the six specially made available sun spectral colours, systematically, you use the most natural remedy without any harmful side effects–the power of the sun. In addition each of the colours offer complete UVA and UVB protection against radiation. The yellow and green Prisma Colour Energy glasses can be worn at all times. Yellow is permanently suited for drivers, studying and for physically active people. The other colours should only be worn when it is perceived as comfortable. The colour red should be used, if at all, only when prescribed and no longer than ten minutes.

The Prisma Colour Energy glasses are the therapeutic means of supporting the body with special colour frequencies. The tinted glasses allow the simplest method of utilizing the colour frequencies, besides radiating oneself with colour light or wearing clothes of a specific colour. The Prisma Colour Energy glasses guarantee the use of the sun’s full spectrum for positive influence on the body and soul.

The spectacles for mental collection.
Characteristics: The violet colour, the highest of the sun spectrum’s visible frequencies, supports the mental collection of the mind and in this way relieves the body. The effect is regenerating and it harmonizes psychic imbalance. By wearing these glasses, a certain "distance" to every day life is experienced, which is especially useful for meditations since it helps us concentrate on our inner world.

A Table on the Effects of Colour
by Karl-Heinz Jaeckel

Red
Red is the analogue colour to the root center, the center of human biological preservation (located in the genital area) with its physically invigorating energies. As the lowest frequency of the seven colours of the rainbow, it possesses the greatest penetration capacity in the body. It is the firepower of life, the aggressively forward-pushing Yang that sets things in motion (the male principle). As an animating energy, it can likewise represent the enchanting exuberance of the joy of life in a positive sense just as much as the destructive emotional forces of rage, hate, and jealousy in the negative antipole, or in physical terms, inflammation and fever. Therefore, red is both a synonym for activity and stimulation and for aggression and destruction.

Red is identical with a choleric (angry) temperature in the science that deals with the nature of the four temperatures. When it comes to sexuality, it is the strongest stimulating force. This means that when red coloured eyeglasses are worn, people whose nerves are easily provoked should be more careful, and employ lesser doses of this colour if they intend to use it for physically regenerating purposes. As a rule, stressed and nervous people have too much of this particular energy and thus require, instead, more calming influences (see green and blue).

Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses

Exciting to provocative, red enhances the circulation, metabolism, and sexual vitality. Red improves the action of nerves and respiration, ending lethargy and inner contemplation (depression). Exceptionally invigorating for every organ, red brings new currents of strength in the case of paralysis (muscles, asthma, speech organs). It helps you to overcome cold symptoms, rheumatism, sciatica, and gout, and accelerates the healing of wounds.
Red activates the glands in the body (pancreas, adrenal gland), improves metabolism and strengthens the kidneys. It
stimulates the immune system in the case of colds and restores energy, counteracting degenerative symptoms (including prostate gland and bladder). Red is balancing, stabilizing illness at all levels, and promoting a carefree feeling and a zest for life.
Because of its stimulating and very powerful effect, you must be cautious when you administer red. Excess use of this dynamic colour could have uncertain consequences and turn into aggression. While the other colours permit constant periods of exposure, it is advised that you use red for more frequent, but shorter applications.

Orange
The colour orange represents vital force. The chakra center for orange is just below the navel. It corresponds to invigorating life energy that develops in the body’s digestive tract. Orange supplies the entire body with all its various energy requirements. In addition, orange animates the psyche. This colour’s oscillation corresponds to a strong and cheerful life force.

Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses

Orange strengthens and invigorates the natural flow of energy in the body. This colour has a up-lifting effect, psychologically. It suppresses pessimism, and absorbs and alleviates depression. In contrast to the "hotness" of red, orange has a milder and warming effect. With its invigorating impulses, it brightens all the grey areas in the psyche, such as loneliness, and takes you to a higher frequency. This means that orange should be used to aid someone who is physically exhausted from dealing with psychological stress, relationship problems and over-taxing situations.

Yellow
Yellow is the brightest colour in the spectrum. It corresponds to the third energy center in our bodies, the solar plexus - also known as the center of identity or perception. The individual sends out his strongest energies from here, apart from "sun-synchronized" thinking, i.e. feelings. Thus yellow corresponds to the temperament of sanguine persons, those who are open to the world; pleasure-loving and very involved with life. Simply, yellow is the active life principle.
Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses
With its increased radiant strength, yellow brightens up and eliminates the darkness. Yellow is life-affirming. Clarity is derived from its luminous intensity, as is discernment in perception and greater self-confidence. Dark frames of mind are "cleared up" into a more joyful mood. When driving, particularly toward evening, one is able to see more clearly; this is a striking and surprising experience. This means you do not have to exert as much energy and eye fatigue is drastically lessened. The body relaxes and becomes energized. Concentration is substantially increased through clear vision. These effects can be very beneficial to those who are studying, learning and intellectually involved.
In physical terms, yellow brings clarity and a joy of life. It is relieving and energizing to the stomach, pancreas, liver functions, and lymph system. Some headaches can be eliminated by an improvement in mood, induced by yellow.

Green
Green is the result of mixing yellow and blue. Green is the neutral center of the solar spectrum; it is
the balance between the extremes of hot and cold, driving and calming, and chaotic and collected. It corresponds in the body to the heart center, also known as the "spiritual center". Here we see the transition from the tendencies of the strong red, orange and yellow to the more passive, internalizing colours, blue, indigo and violet. Depending on the proportions of yellow and blue, the therapeutic effect of this oscillating colour exert either an animating (tonic) or calming (sedative) influence on the body and accordingly, the psyche. For example, dark green, which tends toward blue, corresponds to a tranquil temperament.

Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses.

Green creates peace and regeneration. Over-stimulation and hyperactivity are harmonized. Respiratory ailments clear up. We perceive green in nature as calming and nevertheless, animating. In the same way, green creates a more harmonious, "easy-going" behaviour in our emotional sphere. The internal mirrors the external. The way in which green displays the oneness of all life forces in nature is the same way that it affects our spiritual and physical drives.

Blue
Blue is the colour of peace and relaxation for the body and soul. Identical with the personality center (larynx); the equivalent of the melancholic temperament. Blue calms down respiration, nerves, circulation, and organs. Blue can calm inflammatory conditions in the body; try it out next time you’re feverish. In contrast to red, which is at the opposite end of the light scale, blue has a slowing down and calming effect.

Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses.

Blue calms nervous disturbances, irritability, states of fear and anxiety, and sleeplessness. (You can alternate violet with blue, if disturbances are particularly caused by hyperactive mental activity.) Blue has a sedating effect, calming down the mind and mental unrest states such as fantasizing and day dreaming.
Blue causes the blood vessels to dilate thereby increases the body’s blood circulation. The nervous system is relaxed and blood pressure is lowered. Blue eases pain (sciatica, backache, colic, headaches, neuralgia). Fevers and epileptic seizures are significantly reduced. The body’s organs react to blue’s calming energy and are strengthened. It is reported that the German physician, Dr. Heermann used blue even for the treatment of goitre and wart removal.

Violet
Violet is the expression of the highest oscillation in the visible range at the upper end of the solar spectrum. In the analogue scale of physical energies, violet is the spiritual force which faces red - the motive force and what is material - at the lower end of the spectrum. In the body, violet is located in the seventh center, at the highest point of the head, which is the beginning of the next octave of what is no longer visible, the supersensory. Therefore, violet is the reference colour for meditation, spirituality and internalization. It is the highest, visible frequency (seen by clairvoyants) and forms the outer covering that encompasses the other six colours.

Scope of Application for Tinted Glasses
.

Violet virtually pushes the user out of his usual worldliness, altering his perspective to one of a more spiritual nature. Thus, this colour can seem very annoying and even, life-threatening, to persons who have a very worldly view.

If you are humble and patient, you can access higher intuitions from super-conscious sources and superior insights which may entail strong harmonizing influences for the psyche and the entire personality. The will to want to achieve a spiritual position will not work; a relinquishment of will is needed. One must surrender - be still, sense, and accept the spiritual realm. Meditation is very helpful to open this realm to your perception.

Physically, violet stimulates the spleen and lymph system. Violet eyeglasses should not be used for symptoms of fatigue. They indicate that other required bodily tasks are to be overcome or psychological discord eliminated.

Summary of Application for Tinted Glasses

Those who are in search of a harmonizing colour and are unfamiliar with the therapeutic conditions should first have a look at all of the colour explanations in order to obtain an overview of the particular effects of the spectral colours. The difference between the expanding , stimulating power of red up to the reserved, calming, "cool" blue energy will then become quite clear.

The choice of eyeglasses then require a little critical insight into one’s own character. A selection on the basis of fashion criteria would completely miss the point (pure vanity - as overemphasized personality development - would be one of the characteristics that require blue eyeglasses as a calming effect in any case).

All the eyeglasses can be worn as "sunglasses" against excessive light because by removing the other six colours, the colour that is used reduces the light value many times over. The "PRISMA Energy Glasses", which we recommend, with their special spectral colour frequencies also feature 100% UVA and
UVB protection.

Consulting a colour therapist, a psychologist, a physician working with the bio tensor or radiaesthete (who is able to measure the missing oscillation quality) is beneficial.

Colour eyeglasses also have another special advantage. A patient who must go to a clinic for complete body colour irradiation can, in many cases, now also direct the oscillation of his or her therapy colour through the eye directly to his vegetative nervous system. He or she can use it all day long, if advisable, and thus obtain a constant, more intensive effect. In everyday life, the most important eyeglass colours are orange, yellow, blue and, if required, green. We describe their specific type of use in the following.

Application Periods:

The different application times and constant compatibility are of particular importance. With orange one should be careful not to exaggerate the accumulation of force, i.e. "not to heat oneself up". But there are never super-nervous reactions as with red. The average period of use is 30 minutes, two to three times daily. Weak persons can extend this to two to three hours. This colour should be used with caution if the body is suffering from inflammation. It might accentuate the inflammatory processes but, on the other hand, lend resistance to weaker persons. In cases of doubt, therapeutic advise should be sought for accurate personal appraisal and correct colour use.

Yellow and green eyeglasses can be worn without reservation over longer periods, i.e. they can be worn for days on end. Green works best if the wearer is not undergoing strong, emotional tension, that is if the colour of the heart is actually able to strike a balance between the head and stomach. A turbulent center of perception should first be balanced by yellow. This is also the colour that makes prolonged, arduous work easier, because it provides more clarity with its brightness. Green is not the best harmonizing colour for the top-heavy types, the untiring philosopher or planner. Blue should be used first in order to switch off and calm down.

Calming blue may be used for as long as you like (over days and weeks) until possible symptoms of fatigue develop. A genuine degree of calm has then been reached and the person can take a break with the eyeglasses. The wearer must be clear about the fact that precisely in the case of blue that no fashion eyeglasses are involved; he or she might like to hide from others - for whatever reasons. The eyeglasses are employed for genuine psychological and physical shaping, i.e. calming or strengthening, relaxation and relief of the nerves.

From the first moment on, the user feels the "coolness", the greater "distance" to his or her environment which he or she experiences through the emotionally calming blue colour. On the average, this condition can be obtained with two or three hours of daily wear in two to three weeks. This depends on the individual's level of excitement. The person with hyperactivity can calm their central nervous system and reduce their level of activity by wearing blue eyeglasses regularly The time required for this calm to register/ anchor in the unconscious varies;. the person must also create an attitude towards life that embraces this blue, serene vibration. This naturally depends on the level of insight of the person doing therapy, e.g. recognizing that a stressful attitude causes their vital energies to be overtaxed.

Some choleric persons wear these glasses for months. The wearer should be careful not to become too sedate and consequently reduce their vitality too much. If this happens, the person can find balance by temporarily wearing the yellow glasses.

Violet, like blue, should be removed in cases of fatigue. As eyeglasses, it is a rare colour and required only by a few people. Violet refers to our ethereal ranges, i.e. the spiritual elements of our mental qualities.

Again, caution must be advised when red glasses are used. In particular, psychologically unstable persons should refrain from experimenting with this colour. The
recommended time of usage is much shorter because of their stark contrast with the other colours. Generally, most people already live in the red oscillation area due to stress and nervousness. Those who want to use the glasses to excite/ stimulate the body, should do so for only ten minutes, twice a day , maximum. The instructions of a medical therapist alone should apply particularly for cases involving internal medicine. Treatment can often be much shorter application times (for example, by direct irradiation of the respective part of the body) in two to three minutes.

Finally, we would like to comment on the use of conventionally sold sunglasses. This paper makes it clear that every colour that effects the eye also has a psycho-physical effect on the body and spirit in accordance with the law of correspondences. By mixing colours to intermediate tones, of which thousands are possible, the specific vitalizing effect of the seven main or creative colours, begins to be weakened or turn into its opposite. It is like the case of a radio in which, for example, several transmitters can be superpositioned in the high-frequency range, where the one disturbs the other. The clarity of reception becomes a vague disorder, i.e. the coordinated harmony of a transmission becomes mere dissonance and a discord of tones.

The same happens with arbitrary colour mixtures as they are generally offered in sunglasses. Each deviation from the average value of one of the seven primary colours, the high point of their intensity, belongs in the range of intermediate colours. They immediately produce a deviating effect of the creative quality of the primary colour. On the correspondence level of feelings, these intermediate ranges accommodate the entire scale of human emotions. Thus balancing, calming medium blue is not far from the more heady dark blue. Radiant medium red - the colour of fiery love and the intensive expansion of force -in terms of energy, is synonymous with the creative, dynamic unfolding of life. It is not far from the darker colouring of "blood red", which already can express aggression or hate. The human emotional complex then becomes really scrambled with disharmony by crisscross mixing of the primary colours. The darker the multicoloured colour mixture, the greater loss of energy in the eyeglass lenses. Physiologically, it is a well-known fact that light energy that is absorbed by the eye provides a biological increase in strength. As plants without daylight wither, because they are not able to form chlorophyll, so do humans deteriorate into debility and darkness. We know of cases where the constant wearing of strongly tinted sunglasses led to a degeneration of the nervous system and a depressive attitude toward life.

Some people would like to completely hide themselves from the world, behind their dark glasses. The most negative feelings are connected to the "colour" black (mourning, loneliness, depression). Black is totally missing in energy; it lacks light. Brown colouring is a mishmash of nearly all life energies between red and blue. This creates mutual negation of the developmental possibilities of the dynamic to the relaxing forces of sunlight.

Those who are melancholic, depressive, irritable, stressed or nervous should therefore not wear brown, brownish-red, grey or black tinted eyeglasses. Though they serve their purpose of protecting the eye against excess brightness, precisely these colours can zap one’s strength and prevent the body from absorbing the energy required from light. Brown eyeglasses cause up to 20% loss of the vital forces that are available on a daily basis and makes one feel prematurely fatigued because the body is denied the gift of solar energy through the eyes.
