etween the spectrum of light and the spectrum of sound there are about 40 octaves. I made use of the similarity between light and sound when creating this musical scale. This scale of notes harmonizes perfectly with the sequence of the primary and secondary Chakra colours: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Violet. The notes are G, A, B-Flat, B, D and E. This differs from an ordinary major or minor scale and are the only notes used in this music. With the key-notes being different in each Chakra piece, each song plays its own special tune. Each mode of the scale fits like a glove to the very Chakra that it expresses!

The Third Eye has been known to reflect all colours of the rainbow and the heart of the consciousness belongs to the Third Eye. I created the Third Eye song to reflect the whole spectrum of colours. The music for the Third Eye is a bit different because I change key-notes between all six (thereby reflecting all the keynotes). In the same manner the pituitary gland controls all the other endocrine glands, the consciousness of the Third Eye is reflected in all the other Chakras.

        
                                                       

Through the Rainbow was inspired by my passion and dedication as a professional Astrologer. I discovered the connection between the Chakras and the planetary symbols from the school of Paramahansa Yogananda and through eminent astrologer Jeff Green of Seattle. It was through Kata Purkh Singh Khalsa's method of Kinesionics, I was able to test the Chakras directly. Through my own work and experiences I have enhanced these findings. Also important for my galactic awakening were Diane McLaughlin, Karen Le Joie Smarter, Jim South, Claudia & Jim Berry, and especially my innerspace partner Kim Sherman.

Through the Rainbow was recorded on quite simple equipment in my home. Each song focuses on certain notes which harmonize perfectly to its corresponding energy centres. The music takes on a life of its own which helps to strengthen and stimulate each one of your chakras. The music can be played forward or backward (in sequence from song one to song seven or from song seven to one) depending on if you need to be lifted or grounded. Observe your reaction to the music. Close your eyes and allow your feelings, visions, and thoughts expand. Let only your imagination be your guide to how you use it!

planet, so feel this powerful intense music and express yourself with movement.

Feel how this centre is the midpoint of both the inner and the outer Universe­sit and feel the peace, love, nature and the earth-life around you. This piece of music will reveal how centred and harmonicaly integrated you are within yourself and with your surroundings. The little guest artist at the beginning is my daughter Oda at four months of age.

It is very important to use the voice. Rhythm, communication, and thinking are the key-words here. Sing out loud and unhindered. If this is difficult for you, this centre may be blocked, so keep on trying. The wise words at the beginning of this song belong to Bente Muller, Per-Aslak Ertresvag, and Willis Harman, taken from lectures they performed at Forum 2000 in Oslo, Norway.
